Ingredients
Handful of chilli padi
5-6 red chillies
1 red onion
6-7 shallots
1 knot belachan (abt 1.5 inch)
pinch of salt
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs gula melaka
2 tbs assam juice
3tbs cooking oil
Method:

Method:
- Chopped shallots, red onion, chillies, belachan
- Heat oil and fried the chopped mixture in slow fire
- Fried till dark color, approx 15-20 mins
- Add in sugar, gula melaka, salt, assam juice to taste
