Tau You Bak



Shoulder pork 250g sliced
12 pcs ginger sliced
2 tbs dark soy sauce

Marinate:
1 tbs oyster sauce
1tsp sugar
dash pepper
1tsp corn flour

  1. Fried ginger till fragrance, add in pork
  2. Add in dark soy sauce
  3. Fry another 2 mins, dish up.
