400g squids sliced
To grind:
Chilli paste 1tbs
10 shallots
3 garlic
1 slice lengkuas
Seasoning:
2 tbs tomato sauce
1.5 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs assam + 2 tbs water

- Heat oil and saute grind ingredients
- Add in seasonings, till boil add in sotong
- Lastly add in tamarind juice and stir well, remember not to overcook squids.
