Oyako Donburi




Ingredients
Chicken leg
Onion
Egg
Seasoned weaweeds

Marinate- Chicken leg slices
1tbs mirin
1tsp oyster sauce
1tsp sugar
pepper
1tbs soy sauce
1tsp corn flour

Sauce
1tbs mirin
1tsp sugar
1tbs soy sauce
2tbs water



  1. Fried onion, add in sliced chicken.

  2. When cooked, add in sauce.

  3. Turn off fire, stir egg and pour into the chicken. (prevent egg being over cooked)

  4. Place seasoned seaweed on top of chicken and baked sesame (optional)
