Ingredients
(A)
11/3 cup of plain flour
2/3 cup of icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
(B)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup + 2 tbs canola oil
Method:
- Sift (A) into mixing bowl
- Add (B) and mix well
- It should be a soft dough and knead a few times
- Can either roll it to balls or cut it in shapes
- Bake at 180 degree for 15 mins
