Radish & cuttlefish Soup


Ingredients:

Dreid cuttlefish
300g pork ribs
3 dried scallops
7 red dates
4 bowls water

  1. Rinse pork ribs with hot water and pour away.
  2. Boil water, when water is boiling, add in all ingredients and simmer 3-4 hours with slow fire.
  3. Add light soy sauce and pepper to taste.
