Deep fried pork chop

Ingredients
Pork shoulder (sliced to approx 0.7cm)
cream craker (crashed to small bits)

Marinate
(approx 4hrs)
oyster sauce
soy sauce
sugar
pepper
  1. Apply pork to cracker bits
  2. Heat wok with oil, medium fire
  3. Deep fried pork chop when oil is hot
