Ingredients:
Pork belly (sliced)
Curry leaves
Chilli padi (sliced)
1 tbs sugar
2tbs dark soya sauce
Seasoning:
Five spices powder
Salt
Method:
- Mix five spice powder and salt on pork belly and set aside for 20mins.
- Stir fry pork belly till golden brown.
- Add in sugar and dark soya sauce. Mix well
- Add in curry leaves and chilli padi, mix well and serve while hot.
